Sonopia, a US MVNE, has significantly scaled back its operations. News reports state that it now has no US employees in its California headquarters and it has halved its staff count in its Ukraine development centre to approximately 30 staff members. 
TCS has reported its results for the full year ended 31 March 2008. Revenues came in at $5.7 billion, up 22%. Operating profit was $1.3 billion, generating a margin of 23.5%, down 1.5% on the previous year. UK revenues grew by 20%, reaching $1 billion. 
On 16 April 2008 Ofcom launched a consultation aimed at clarifying the regulatory treatment of next generation access (NGA) network deployments in new build developments.
