Ben Wreschner, Consulting Director
Ben is a consulting director at Ovum in the Regulatory and Policy Practice. Based in London, he has over ten years of international experience in telecommunications in a consulting environment. Ben specialises in providing regulatory advice to mobile operators, fixed operators and national regulatory authorities. He has worked in over 20 countries and has covered a wide range of issues in relation to the appropriate level of regulatory intervention and its consequences. Ben is an expert in cost and business modelling, and has built and reviewed regulatory and commercial models for setting the prices of communications services.
Prior to joining Ovum in 2009, Ben was in the telecoms consulting team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, which he joined after qualifying as a qualified chartered accountant. Ben has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
