Vasileios Petinis, Consultant
Vasileios Petinis is a consultant with Ovum’s consulting group, based in London. He specialises in strategic and business modelling, cost/regulatory modelling, financial analysis, scenario planning and forecasting.
Prior to joining Ovum, Vasileios held positions in Openreach (BT Group) as a Finance Manager, in British Telecom as a Strategic & Business Modelling Analyst as part of their Regulatory and Pricing team and in Remploy as a Consultant.
His experience lies mainly in mobile, fixed and broadband sectors. He has designed strategic and cost/pricing models, LRIC & FAC fixed and mobile cost models, conducted benchmarking analysis, prepared business insight and performance appraisal reports, conducted market research and developed forecasts in consumer broadband and mobile market. He has also developed models in the economics of broadband and led on disputes with Openreach customers and other regulatory bodies.
Vasileios holds an MSc in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sheffield and a five-year degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
