Cornelia Wels-Maug, Senior AnalystCornelia Wels-Maug joined Ovum's IT Services team in June 2007 as a senior analyst. Based in Germany, Cornelia's focus is on IT market trends in continental Europe, and particularly on German-speaking countries. Cornelia has over 10 years' experience in the IT industry and had been an associated contributor to Ovum's EuroView for almost two years before joining Ovum. As such, Cornelia analysed IT services market trends and vendor strategies of German IT services and software companies, whilst spearheading research into Poland. Prior to joining Ovum, she worked in IT analyst houses in the US and London, and was responsible for various syndicated research reports as well as consulting assignments and client presentations. Cornelia holds an honours Master of Economics degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt.
