Jessica Hawkins, Research Analyst

Jessica Hawkins is a research analyst working within Ovum's IT Services practice. She also runs the EuroView Daily comment service, which covers European software, IT services and telecoms markets. Before joining the IT Services practice, Jessica worked as an editor for Ovum's Broadband, Wholesale, Wireline Strategy and Broadband Content advisory services.

Prior to joining Ovum, Jessica worked as a researcher in the FMCG market. Jessica has a BA (Hons) in English Literature.
