DaeKeun Cho, Consultant

DaeKeun Cho is a consultant based in Seoul, South Korea. Before joining Ovum he worked for Hanaro Telecom for seven years as a senior manager in the Policy and Regulatory Division. His career in telecommunications has spanned over 8 years.

DaeKeun's interest and strong expertise is in the telecoms policy and regulatory sector. He specialises in interconnect (including voice and Internet backbone), universal service obligation (USO), facility provision and sharing (including LLU and bitstream).

DaeKeun has a Masters degree (majoring in regulation policy) from the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University in South Korea, and is currently taking a Ph.D course majoring in telecommunications regulation at the same graduate school.
