Sally Banks, Senior Analyst

Sally Banks is a senior analyst within the WirelineStrategy@Ovum team, specialising in fixed and mobile telecoms regulation, broadband access, and competitive and strategic telecommunications issues. Sally has over seven years' experience as either an analyst or consultant in the telecoms industry.

Sally has contributed to several of Ovum's best-selling reports including:

• Regional broadband networks: Europe
• Wholesale: new markets for communication carriers and service providers
• Telecoms hotels, co-location and data centres: hosting the new e-economy
• Virtual mobile services: strategies for fixed and mobile operators.

Prior to joining the Wireline Strategy team, Sally was a consultant in Ovum's Commercial Telecoms consulting group, and before that she was a research analyst for Ovum's Business Strategy and Regulation group.

Sally has a BSc (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University.
