Sally Banks, Senior Analyst

Sally Banks is a senior analyst within Ovum's Telecoms Operations team, specializing in fixed telecoms regulation, broadband access, and competitive and strategic telecommunications issues. Sally has over nine years' experience as an analyst and consultant in the telecoms industry.

Sally has contributed to several of Ovum's most popular analyses, including an examination of regional broadband networks in Europe, a study of new wholesale markets for communication carriers and service providers, and reports on telecoms hotels, co-location and data centers and virtual mobile services strategies for fixed and mobile operators.

Prior to joining the Telecoms Operations team, Sally was a consultant in Ovum's Commercial Telecoms consulting group, and before that she was a research analyst for Ovum's Business Strategy and Regulation group where she both led and contributed to a vast range of bespoke projects.

Sally has a BSc (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University.
