Jongki Lee, Principal Consultant

Jongki Lee is a Principal Consultant at Ovum based in Seoul, South Korea. Before joining Ovum, he worked for SK Telecom for seven years as a senior manager in the Policy and Regulatory Division.

Jongki's career in telecommunications has spanned over 12 years. He has strong expertise in the telecoms policy and regulatory sector. He specialises in interconnect, universal service obligation (USO), facility sharing and retail tariffs. He has a strong mix of theoretical and practical experience in overall telecommunications business. Recent projects include work on USO, fixed-mobile convergence, carrier selection, MVNOs, and fair competition issues.

Jongki has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in South Korea.
