Georgina O'Toole, Senior Analyst

Georgina O'Toole joined Ovum Holway as an analyst in August 2000. With a focus on the UK software and IT services (S/ITS) market, Georgina has spent the last four years developing her knowledge of one particular vertical: the UK public sector market. She now leads Ovum's UK Public Sector Advisory Service for S/ITS suppliers, providing in-depth analysis of UK government IT strategy, S/ITS supplier opportunities and the competitive landscape. Georgina is regularly engaged by clients to provide advice related to this area of expertise.

Georgina also continues to regularly contribute to Ovum's daily Hotnews service and monthly SystemHouse newsletter, and has responsibility for tracking and reporting on a number of the UK's leading IT services companies.

Prior to joining Ovum, Georgina worked for IT services company CMG (now LogicaCMG) as a business analyst, where she worked for a variety of clients in the transport and logistics, and telecoms sectors. She has a BSc in Management Sciences from Southampton University.
