Angel Dobardziev, Practice Leader, IT Services

Angel Dobardziev is the IT Services Practice Leader, managing Ovum's advisory business in the IT services area. In this role Angel leads Ovum's research on IT services market trends, vendor strategies and user priorities, delivered as both reports and tailored client engagements.

Angel's research focus spans across the infrastructure services, applications services and BPO topics. Angel is one of the leading analysts in the area of innovation and its role in IT services, where he has done several client- and vendor-focused studies, and delivered numerous client workshops and presentations.

Angel has been in the ICT industry for ten years in various roles with Ovum. Prior to his current role, Angel held a senior analyst role within Ovum's telecoms advisory business, where he led Ovum's research into telecoms service vendor strategies.

Angel is a frequent speaker to senior audiences, both Ovum's clients and at industry conferences and events, and he is regularly quoted in key financial, industry and online media. Angel has a Batchelor's degree in Law and an MBA from the University of Westminster.
