James joined Ovum in December 2011 as an Associate Analyst within Ovum’s Regulation and Policy Practice. James is responsible for country regulation overviews, cross-country regulatory analyses, and producing timely opinion pieces on key regulatory developments.
Prior to joining Ovum, James undertook an internship as an Economist at the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). There, he was involved in a Competition Act investigation which included a review of legal documents, market definition work, and analysis of market and product background.
James holds an LLM in International Competition Law and Policy and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
