Eden Zoller is a principal analyst in Ovum’s Consumer Practice, covering digital content, commerce, applications, communications, and social media. Her focus is on service strategy, marketing, monetization, and competitor analysis, including the impact of OTT players. Eden has particular expertise in mobile services and specifically mobile commerce (m-payments and m-advertising).
Eden is the author of a large number of Ovum reports; her recent work has covered digital wallets, the role of near-field communication (NFC), mobile point of sale (mPOS), the application store ecosystem, new dynamics in digital advertising, and mobile TV and video. Other projects Eden has driven include Ovum’s OTT strategic response framework for telcos, mobile payments forecasts, application download forecasts, and the ongoing report series looking at the future of consumer services on the road to 2020.
In addition, Eden has managed workshops, consultancy projects, and surveys in the above areas, providing tailored advice and market intelligence.
Eden is a frequent media commentator and speaker at industry events and conferences, which have included Mobile World Congress, MIPTV, TM Forum, CTIA, MEF, and the MMA. She has been a judge for the GSMA’s Mobile Global Awards for the past four years.
